Content Literacy Continuum Leaders Guidebook
This guidebook was developed to assist school and district leaders in adopting of a school-wide literacy approach, the Content Literacy Continuum® (CLC®). It presents a step-by-step process to guide administrators and Literacy Leadership Teams through the four phases of CLC adoption: Exploring, Planning, Implementing, and Sustaining. The goal of this guidebook is to assist school and district leaders in developing a school-wide framework of interventions that will ensure that all students learn. This guidebook is available to partner schools at the CLC Reference Materials website (password required).

Depot
Depot is an online repository of example Content Enhancement devices provided by workshop participants, SIM professional developers, and other SIM practitioners. This site encourages both public sharing of examples as well as secure, group-based sharing. Examples may be filtered by subject area, grade level, and routine.
Learning Labs
The Learning Labs are online communities of learning and practice for SIM and CLC. Resources here include collaborative workspaces for communicating outside of face-to-face interactions, and online professional development and support for SIM learning strategies and Content Enhancement planning routines.
CLC Coaching Calendar
Coaching Calendar is a scheduling system for coaching and observation activity in schools involved in the Virginia statewide improvement project. With this system, building administrators may specify days for coaching, observation, planning, and other activities; then, on appropriate dates, teachers can sign in to reserve a time with a coach.
Stratepedia Guidebooks
The Stratepedia Guidebooks offer tutorials for using Depot, the Learning Labs, Coaching Calendar, and other online supports developed through the Stratepedia online development initiative.
Instructional Coaching
The Instructional Coaching site provides support for instructional coaches– on-site professional developers who teach educators how to use proven instructional methods.
